Equipment Only Option
Fans, dust collectors, make-up air, material handling; you name it, we can get it. This option is available for those that do not require project management and installation. ASI’s internal tracking system allows us to follow orders, acknowledgements, drawings and supplies through the complete process.
We can survey the existing process involved in handling your ventilating or dust collecting needs. An ASI engineer will survey the site, make a recommendations for changes, provide drawings and even act as project manager if required to solve the problem at hand. The problem may require new equipment or equipment repair to address the issue.
Dedicated Project Manager
As implementation begins, each customer is assigned a dedicated Airsystem Sales (ASI) project manager. This individual will manage the entire implementation process and serves as a single point of contact at ASI, but the entire engineering team works in support of each and every successful implementation and customer experience.
The dedicated ASI project manager will host a project kick-off call between ASI’s implementation team and the customer. Associated with the initial consultation, ASI will write up a customized implementation plan and put together a specific statement of work for each customer. The project manager then coordinates with the providers to place the orders for the customer’s products based on the customized plan.
ASI has cultivated enhanced relationships with all product and service providers. Combine those relationships with the ASI’s expertise, and the result is a air control system that not only meets, but exceeds your expectations. ASI’s installation team is made up of highly experienced industry professionals who work very closely with customers to determine the most effective installation and communication process to meet the company’s objectives and minimize disruption.
Staying in the Loop
Once the system is installed, ASI will check in periodically to ensure that everything is running smoothly. We will also provide notifications when it is time for scheduled maintenance. As your business grows, we will be there to help you elevate your system as your business needs grow.
